Send a Digital Case
Zahntechnique accepts STL files from most major intraoral scanners. Select your practice’s digital impression scanner model below, then follow the step-by-step instructions on connecting your scanner with Zahntechnique.

- Go to us.3shapecommunicate.com in a web browser
- Connect with Zahntechnique by searching [email protected]
- After connecting to us as a Laboratory, select Zahntechnique when sending files
Carestream
Option 1
- Email Zahntechnique at [email protected]
Option 2
- Visit Carestream Connect on your scanner
- Search for Zahntechnique
- Add Zahntechnique
- Select Zahntechnique when submitting scans raw STL files
- Email Zahntechnique at [email protected]
Align Technology iTero™
Option 1
- Select “Find a Laboratory” on your iTero Scanner
- Connect with Zahntechnique Call (305) 666-0234, iTero #865947
- After connecting to us as a Laboratory, select Zahntechnique on your scanner when sending files
Option 2
- Call 800-577-8767
- Select Option 1
- Request that Zahntechnique is added to your scanner and Identify our lab using our phone number: (305) 666-0234, iTero #865947
- After Zahntechnique has been added, restart your scanner
- After connecting to us as a laboratory, select Zahntechnique on your scanner when sending files
Planmeca PlanScan
- Select Find a lab option on your scanner
- Search for either Zahntechnique or [email protected]
- Add Zahntechnique
- Select Zahntechnique when submitting scans
Sirona’s CEREC
- Create or Login to your ZT Connect Account
- Create a New Case
- Export .stl files from the CEREC software and attach to Case Documents
- Submit Case
3M™ (Midmark) True Definition Scanner
- Call 3M™ support at 800-634-2249 select Option 3
- Select Option 1 and request support Zahntechnique be added to your scanner
- 3M™ will then confirm with Zahntechnique and add connection remotely
